Working in the lab isn't strict as you may think    

For almost two years—since November 2020—Yadi has been working at ILMI as a master student researcher. He is impressed by the lab's atmosphere, in which each member is treated equally, avoiding inferior feelings. Being in the lab is like being in a warm family. All members are encouraged to achieve their goals and explore their potential. In ILMI, there is no term for "we can't" but "we will finally be able" after maximum effort is given. Last but not least, Yadi strongly recommends you to join ILMI if you like challenges and prefer to walk away from a comfort zone into a growth zone.
